This is the Capom Vs. SNK 2 content featured in "Gekkan Nintendo Tentou Demo 2002 May". With nearly the entire roster selectable... and it seems to support two-player play... yeah, this could be one of those "Too featured"demos, even if the arcade mode is cut short.
