Something I wanted to do the moment I obtained the US Wily Wars ROM from the Sega Genesis Classic Mini.
I don't know how accurate this would be to the actual Sega Channel service, because I don't really have reference footage of game downloads/bootups, but I think I got the gist of what downloading and booting Wily Wars on this would look like. If anyone wants to comment with any corrections or other nitpicks, feel free to do so.
