Similar to the Sentai one uploaded before... this one was actually released beforehand, so it's probably based on an earlier, less polished engine.
It has a bunch more minigames in comparison to the Sentai one, but is otherwise more or less a similar deal - the Kamen Riders are isolated, and thus no "Agito vs. Kuuga" battles unless someone decides to toss these into MUGEN or something. There's at least one mode that the Sentai game doesn't have which is vaguely beat-em-up-esque, but in the end it doesn't really feel much different from the survival mode.
The game has varying difficulty levels for the A.I. as well as a speed modifier... I played the game fast because, honestly, it feels -easier- playing it fast. When the game is slow the controls do not feel responsive at all for whatever reason.
Also, I don't have a clue how the specials work. They appear to be random.
