One of the other interesting early looks from this video. This is "Bare Knuckle"/"Streets of Rage" with some things not quite final. The most obvious difference is the names for the male player character - instead of Adam and Axel, we have "Wolf" and "Hawk". "Pine Pot" also has the early name "Time Out".
I'm going to assume some of the music is placeholder VHS program stuff, since it doesn't sound like proper Megadrive audio.
