I think this one is actually the farthest along of the builds - it actually has voice acting in the animated cutscene.
It gives you 30 minutes to explore the first section of the game, which is more than enough time to see everything there is to see, unlike the 10-minute demo on Hyper Playstation Re-mix.
It also has a movie trailer which seems distinct to this demo. It plays either from the menu or after time is up.
