Apparently this is Callis's Super Butoden cart. Kinda strange to see this at Hidden-Palace.
The story mode goes up to the Dr. Gero/Android 20 fight. The free battle mode likewise has only the characters up to that point. The 2nd mode is not selectable. Most of the mechanics seem the same as final, so I assume this demo content to be gutted from a near-final build.
