The compatibility notes simply say "disable NMI at Vblank", and it seems to mostly work outside random graphical corruptions. I also kept hitting a funny bug where the player and boss can die simultaneously regardless of health bar status, which progresses the level... I have not seen this bug on my watching of other people's runs of the game, so maybe it's an emulator-specific bug?
