Nicki Minaj recently caused a stir on Twitter when she tweeted out that her cousin in Trinidad won't get the vaccine because his friend's testicles became swollen. Next thing you know this story is swelling up faster than Nicki Minaj's cousin's friend's balls! While news anchors & late night show hosts make fun of the situation and say that there's probably another reason for those big swollen nads, Tucker Carlson defends Nicki Minaj's tweet and expresses that'd he'd very much like to meet her cousin's friend from Trinidad and take a closer look at those two big swollen nuts himself!

We're huge South Park fans and as soon as we started working on this vid we knew we wanted to include clips from the Medicinal Fried Chicken episode (S14 E03). If you've never seen it before, definitely check it out, it's one of their best!
