This is a short segment from my video "Response to 'The Men's Rights Movement' by Brave the World." I've put it up as a response to the statements like "There's never a reason why any man should hit any woman." I don't think people should hit each other. I also don't think women have the right to abuse with impunity. I don't think being a heterosexual male ethically or morally eliminates one's right to self-defense against an abusive partner. Instead of teaching men and boys they should never hit back, why aren't we teaching women and girls not to abuse in the first place?
