This was released on the assemblergames forums after a round of broken EEPROMs,fix hacks and drama.

To celebrate I tried playing the game!... Stupidly enough for me, however, it's the first time I attempted to play the Estpolis series, period!
Thankfully I found that command which seems to just skip any battle... hahaha.
I'll read back into the thread a bit to see the more debuggy things and maybe make more videos on them.
