As I went and dug into obtaining Playstation demo discs, I'm gonna have to give a shoutout to the source for this one (and probably some others to come);

This demo is more or less as-expected, a single CPU match, and many of the characters selectable - including Evil Ryu and Classic Chun-Li. No sign of Cammy though!
