Well, if there's any one recording that I'd call the "Special Musical Episode", I guess this has to be it! This particular loose adaptation of "The Wizard of Oz" features the characters breaking into song and dance in a way that is pretty impressive for the Sega Pico's hardware!
When I see this and "Shimajiro to Yume no Kuni e Daibouken" with it's Sega-CD-esque cutscene animation and voice acting, it almost makes me wonder if the developers for Sega Pico wanted to work with something closer to the Sega CD in spec!
