Here's another game which, as far as I can tell, is Korea-exclusive.
I believe it's meant to teach counting - I'm not entirely sure what else is actually in this game that isn't completely fluff.
This probably isn't what it's meant to look like, but there's many times when it looks like a little critter will go up the girl's skirt. This... can go many, many, many NSFW places.
