This demo disc does not have a lot, so I went through whatever I could in one go. There's demo movies of Chocobo Dungeon, Lost Children, Biohazard 2/Resident Evil 2, and Rockman Dash/Mega Man Legends.
The Playable demo is "Abe a Go Go", the localzation for "Oddworld: Abe's Oddyssey. Unfortunately I didn't get very far in it, causing what looked like a softlock in the early game. Oops.
